Processing

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from Melbourne.

Important - During peak or sale periods, these dispatch times are extended

Pre-Order Items

Are not currently in stock and won’t be shipped until they arrive. Please refer to the product page of your pre-order item for dispatch times. All items in the order will be shipped together when the pre-order item arrives. If you require your other items urgently, please place a separate order.

Shipping options

We ship with Australia Post using flat rate options for all orders:

  • Standard Shipping - $16.00
  • Express Shipping - $26.00

We offer Free AU Standard Shipping on orders $199+ 

Delivery

Standard: 3–6 business days
Express: 1–3 business days
(Timeframes are from dispatch and may vary by location – rural locations take longer.)

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information.

Authority to leave

All orders are shipped with Australia Post authority to leave. Pure Prep will not be held liable for any lost or stolen goods.

Delays

Once dispatched, delivery is managed by Australia Post. Delays can occur and are outside our control.

Details matter

Please check your shipping address carefully. We’re not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect details provided at checkout.

If you realise that you’ve entered the wrong details, please email our friendly team immediately at hello@pureprep.com.au with your order number and correct details. Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to divert it

If the parcel has been returned to us as a result of an error or inaction on your part (not collecting from Post Office), then as a condition of us re-sending the parcel back to you, we reserve the right to pass on any additional charges that we incur for the return of the parcel. If you opt to cancel our order as a result of the item being returned to us, we will provide you with a store credit- less all shipping costs incurred.

Issues

If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived, email hello@pureprep.com.au with your order number. We’ll follow it up for you.
