Directions for Safe Use-

• Airtight seal. As the containers are designed to be airtight, you may need to open the silicone tab to release the seal when opening or closing the lid.

• Always remove the lid before microwaving to prevent pressure build-up.

• Heat in short intervals of 1–2 minutes, stirring food between intervals to promote even heating. Do not microwave for longer than 5 minutes total.

• Microwave one container at a time.

• Place the container in the centre of the microwave, ensuring it does not touch the microwave walls or door.

• Do not microwave if the container is dented, deformed, deeply scratched or has damaged/sharp edges. Damaged metal surfaces or edges may increase the risk of arcing.

• Take care when removing after heating. The container may become hot. Use a tea towel or oven mitt if required.

• Freezer safe. Allow adequate space for liquids to expand when frozen.

• Oven safe with the lid removed. Always use appropriate heat protection when handling.
