Directions for Safe Use-

ā€¢ Always remove the lid before microwaving to prevent pressure build-up.

ā€¢ Heat in short intervals of 1ā€“2 minutes, stirring food between intervalsĀ to promote even heating. Do not microwave for longer than 5 minutes total.

ā€¢ Microwave one container at a time.

ā€¢ Place the container in the centre of the microwave, ensuring it doesĀ not touch the microwave walls or door.

ā€¢ Do not microwave if the container is dented, deformed, deeply scratched or has damaged/sharp edges. Damaged metal surfaces or edges may increase the risk of arcing.

ā€¢ Take care when removing after heating. The container may become hot. Use a tea towel or oven mitt if required.

ā€¢ Freezer safe. Allow adequate space for liquids to expand when frozen.

ā€¢ Oven safe with the lid removed. Always use appropriate heat protection when handling.
